    Check the MS site. I know that you can pick up a 90 copy of Adv. Server from them for a few bucks.

    IIS in Windows XP

    Apache and IIS aren't the only servers out there. I run Samabr. I would suggest trying out a bunch and finding the one that works best for what you do.
