How good is the stock thermal compound that comes with the CNPS7000A-CU HSF? Should I bother getting some AS or just use what comes with it? It will be put on an Athlon64 3000 with barely an overclock. I will just be pushing the FSB up to 217mhz from 200.

How can one check system temps after boot? I am able to see them at POST but not sure how to check them while stress testing.
I tried MBM and it would only read 0C temps.

I thought the cutting pin1 wire was if the hard drive was not being detected, my problem isn't that its not being detected, its that it wont POST with the HD in =/
