I had a similar situaiton to you and I just used a Windows XP repair installation and everything came out perfectly. I was amazed it worked. I've read that others have gotten this to work too, but I recommend that you clean up your windows install a bit first. I definitely cleaned up a lot...
Antec is AWESOME. Don't worry about the receipt at all. They should be able to find your order. I had them find my order for a True430 RMA I had to do a while ago. I've always been extremely pleased with their service.
I think you should be ok just letting windows repair itself. I had to move from a MSI KT3 Ultra2 to my current NF7-S and it worked without a hitch. You might have to download some updates again, but everything should be working.
