First, good question, I wish I knew the answer as well. Second, with RAID0 your OS sees the drives as 1 drive so it's not like having a C: and D: Third, if you wanted to partition the drives into c: d: e: f: or whatever, you could do it just as easily with two drives as with one in a RAID array.
