What is the stock voltage for the NB (790GX/SB750)? Is there a rule of thumb for each x1 (200mhz)?

So how do we overclock the NB? Is there a multiplier in the bios? Do we have to worry about voltage settings?

Update: My 720x3 --> stable at 720x4 3.5ghz @ 1.45v (4hrs of OCCT & Prime95). Build date: 0904EPMW. Unfortunately I'm having trouble when I cold boot with ACC on. Hopefully I'll have a solution from Asrock tech support soon!
