TungFree, I got the same problem last week. Solved it after i flashed it with the new 14 bios.

why u wanna change the psu? for your info, the shuttle silentx 240w is good enough even for x800xtpe. don't compare silentx psu with normal atx psu, there are different things. u can go to check it out at SFF forum, lotsa users are using 6800GT without changing psu.

u can also try to update ur driver at marvell official website

i got the same problem with you. you should try set the vdimm to 2.8V and vcore to 1.6v ;)
