Well in my actual account I am a diamond member with over 4,000 posts, but since my old password and account no longer work for whatever reason, I was forced to make a new account. I want my old account back though, which is why I wanted to PM the community manager so that he could take a look...

Neither of these options are correct from what I'm looking at. Here is a screenshot of what I'm seeing. As you can see, there is no option to "Start a New Conversation" anywhere. Even after typing in the recipient's name, the option still doesn't appear. Going to their information tab also...

Yeah I saw that, but how do you select a forum member to start a conversation? I don't see an option to do that, even in the profile of the person you want to PM. The only thing I see is that you can leave public messages on their profile page, but that's not a PM. I don't like this new...

How on Earth do you even send a PM? I don't see an option for that anywhere :confused:

My former account does not work. I get some kind of error when I log in, (Forbidden 423 or something)..
