well i guess i don't need to over clock, but review on that 955 on newegg says the guy overclocked it to 2.8 ghz with the stock HSF. I'm not looking to get into major overclocking.. Just thought I'd save some money. That vid card you linked, thats not the same as the one I linked on amazon...
