I have a Panaflo 120 x 38 mm medium speed fan and this more or less filled in the space between the 2 heat sinks and this made a lot of air flowing noise. I did not try attaching one more fan from above pushing air onto the Ultra-120 heat sink... will try that the next time I turn the heat sink...
This is what I did for a while - I had the HR-03 PLUS riding piggy back on the 8800 without a fan and I attached a fan to the Ultra-120 which blew air onto the HR-03 PLUS heat sink. The single 120mm fan did the job of cooling both the CPU and the 8800 card. This was not keeping CPU or 8800 temps...
I have a 8800GTS and I have the Thermalright HR-03 PLUS and this heat sink with a Vantec 3000RPM fan has reduced the GFX cards temp by 13C

I have a Samsung ML 1610 Laser printer and if I dont print for about 3 weeks then it will print in streaks till I remove the Toner cartrige and shake it. After I remove the Toner cartridge it is quite difficult to re-insert it again :(
You get an RPM reading from your Antec PSU fan !! Which mother board do you use ? I dont get a PSU Fan RPM reading from my TruePower480 and ASUS P4C800ED board combination. I have tried all the 3 fan headers on the board.
I have the all CU version and I live in the tropics in a coastal city where the humidity levels are high. Within 3 months of installing the 7000 cu it started to flake - it was snowing copper flakes inside my case - there were thousands of small copper pieces all over the display and sound cards...
I got in touch with the local importer of Antec products and he said "thats the way it is supposed to run". I suppose Antec have to make sure the fans last for the 3 year warranty period thats why they are made to run SLOW. :D
I could never get this 3 pin connector to give me any readings. I have an Antec True480 PSU and ASUS P4C800ED board. I tried my best but the BIOS never showed any reading by using this connector. If you get any reading from this connector I would like to know what it says.
I have the Antec True480 PSU and I have measured the Fan Only connectors voltage at 4.7v with a digital voltmeter and it never seems to go up even tho I am in hot climes and the room temperature is about 33C,
The PSU's Fan rotates so slow that the MoBo does not show the RPM for the PSU fans...
I agree with this. I have 5 year old AS2 and 3 year old AS3 as well as AS5 which I have stored in the Fridge with the nozzles pointing down and they are all OK to use.
