So I have an i7 9700 intel @ 3.00Ghz.... but it runs like trash. I cannot even play games like Starbound without the RAM slowing down. The video card is average its an RTX 1650, but isnt bad. I tried going into overclock in the BIOS but it is locked, woth no way to turn it on. I cannot access...
