The report does say there is one fragmented file, but it doesnt list the file in the report where it normally does, so I have no idea where the file is or what it is thats causing the problem.
Well I do have a few large files but they never gave me a problem before. It just seems odd that it would just start doing this, I never had this problem before. Im going to try and mess with the services i changed and see if that helps. I disabled the system restore one since I dont use but...

mine is stable at 1.475 at 2700 i got a Opteron 170 with that exact stepping, pretty much all xpmw's can hit 2.7ghz. I can hit 2.8ghz with like 1.52V, most think this voltage is fine, but i prefer to stay below 1.5V
Before doing this try and run SuperPI 32mb test. If it passes your memory most likely has the correct settings. If it fails fiddle with the settings and voltage of the RAM till you get it stable.
The Prime95 blend test often requires me to increase the voltage to the CPU, on AMD systems...
U still better be careful with your temps on the expert board they are 10C higher then what they say this a known issue and there are numerous posts on DFI-street.com about this.
i recommend getting a thermalright SI-120 heatsink and a panaflo fan and using arctic silver my temps are listed as 21C idle and 32C load by the bios so it actually means im running at 31C idle and 42C load, plus the artic silver hasnt had time to settle yet either so the temps might go down a...
