Is there a program that I can put on my g/f's family computer that would let me lock certain actions like deleting system files, installing programs from the web, and anything else that would basically ruin a computer?
I'm sick of fixing this thing.
I want to open the ports on my Belkin router so that I can play Madden 05 CE online through the router. Only problem is I don't know how to find the ports. I did a google and searched the eagames website, but found nothing.
I could also just put my PS2 in the DMZ, if I only could figure out...
Fixed it... man do I feel dumb now. In my frenzy to unplug the second cd rom drive, I knocked off the power plug for the floppy drive. Thanks everyone for your help.
I'll try disconnecting the floppy and see what happens.
I don't know if I have an 80 conductor cable. I just used the two IDE cables that came with my mobo for connecting the primary and secondary IDE devices.

Damn it..let's just say I pulled it out with the power on, because the more...

"Pimary IDE channel no 80 conductor cable installed"
"Floppy...

"Pimary IDE channel no 80 conductor cable installed"
"Floppy disk(s) fail (40)"
I had to go into the bios and select 'Halt on...
Sometimes when I play Simcity 4 I get a fatal crash with a driver IRQL error. It says the crash was caused by nvmlp.sys. Isn't that an nvidia file? Does anyone know what exactly is causing this error and what I can do to fix it.
I've played other games EQII, Battle for Middle Earth, Call...
