Just purchased one tonight in Jacksonville Fl. and the rebate was printed from cash register at time of purchase. The cable & software are included also.
Heads up on Bios 1007 for A7V....when I flash to 1007 I loose USB support and must return to 1004 to correct the problem. I may be wrong but I don't think A7V will support 266 FSB.

I must confess I installed the HS/FN backwards. I removed the HS/FN to notice the original thermal grease was offset from the center and covering only half of the chip dye. I looked a little closer and noticed other reasons to turn the HS/FN 180 deg. even though...

I know these are within Asus spec's but my brothers rig with Iwill KK266 / 1.33cpu runs CPU @ 93C.

Interesting, I flash the bios on my A7V from 1004c to 1007 and it also screwed up my usb ports. I flashed back to 1004c and all is well.
Mine is an A7V not A7V133.
