i7-5820k encode 00:01:20 Stock CPU settings but it doesn't even turbo boost, stays at 3.3GHz. Same situation with blender.- Stipa

i7-5820K @Stock 3.3GHz + Turbo Boost enabled but it doesn't work while rendering with blender because frequency stays at 3.3GHz, on Cinebench works. Doesn't know whats happening there... 00:34:93 - 100 samples 00:52:53 - 150 samples Can it be that it didn't worked on 6900K on AMD...- Stipa
