Both sets come in dual channel configs. The rev 2's use different IC's which run at slightly lower timings and voltage. You should set the timings to cas 4 trcd 5 trp 4 and tras 15 with the voltage at 2.1V. When you use memset you'll have to figure out the rest of the timings for your system...
The memory will work just fine with the CPU you have, and will give you quite a bit of headroom for overclocking the CPU. Since the CPU has a default FSB of 200Mhz and the memory is designed to run at 333 you'll be able to push things easily as long as the board is up for it

AFAIK it's still in the works. It was almost released a few months back, but we wanted to make it better so it went back for another revision. People have been hounding us about it for some time, but I still don't have a release date.
Have you tried clearing your CMOS using the motherboard jumper? Something may be set wrong in the bios and that would clear it up. After you reset the bios you can set the timings and voltage again manually
