yes, and yes.. there exists many different gigEthernet cards that are pci-32.... but the normal pci bus has a 133MB/sec bandwidth... so when 1 ethernet card onthe bus is taking up up to 125MB/sec (gB ethernet) ... it'll saturate the bus and there wont be much left for other pci cards.... on...
