I've got a number of HP DL360 G5 servers. The onboard NIC has really poor driver support, so I installed a HP NC364T NIC in the box and disabled the onboard NIC. If I do an install off a physical CD...
Well, I set up the BIOS as you suggested above - also disabled the JMicron eSATA controller, as I've seen a number of sites suggest disabling it. Since I didn't have anything installed I couldn't easily re-create, I reinstalled Vista - and locked up halfway through. I'm trying it again.
All right, I'm nearing my wits end with this board. First, my setup:
Asus P5N-E SLI with the latest BIOS
Intel Core 2 Duo 6850
2 GB Corsair XMS2 (Twin2X2048-6400C4), as listed on the memory QVL for the board
2 SATA HDD - 1 x 73 GB Raptor (Boot), 1 x 400 GB Seagate (Data)
Pioneer 18x SATA...
My iPod lasted all day yesterday (8+ hours) playing music. When I got home, I was down to one bar on the battery - charged it, and it's back to full and playing more music this morning.
Just got my 10 GB iPod Second Gen delivered. I think the only refurbished thing about it is the sticker on the box! No scratches at all on the unit, everything sealed inside (headphones, remote, power charger, etc). Killer deal for $169 - thanks AT!
I'd love to not take another day off, but I have to be home to sign for it. Unless someone knows if a note saying to leave it on the doorstep is allowable. ;)

I went for the deal, as I had been lusting after an iPod for a long time. Ordered on 9/24, chose 2 day shipping. Got Airborne tracking number on 9/27, and estimated delivery date of today (9/29). Hung around the house all morning, and it didn't arrive by 12.
