As stated in my original post, VGA + Audio works but the image size/alignment is screwed up. But, more importantly, I just want to get DVI + Audio to work :D

Here's what I gathered from another chat with Intel people ...
G41 chipset actually supports sending Audio data over DVI/HDMI. However the motherboard lacks controller that forces the sound card to send its data to the chipset. Thus G41 just blindly sends nothingness over DVI/HDMI. TV thinks...
LG 32lh40 can handle digital video signal and analog audio inputs and produce a single output. This type of connection is supported and I got it to work using my MacBook (DVIto HDMI + Analog Audio).
Unfortunately I was unable to locate anything that has to do with Audio Input in TV's menu.
Thanks for checking into it. I'll have to bug Intel people again as everything points to them. Hopefully I'll get some relevant information this time.
Intel tech support mentioned that G41 chipset will not be able to pass Audio via DVI.
