You have a GF4fx5200? Is that a GF4 or a GF FX5200? Anyway, in Counter-Strike you can show your FPS by typing this in the console: showfps 1 I think that works, but CS locks the framerate at a certain value. Mine was locked at 72fps until i put a bigger number in.

You get what you pay for, i.e. you buy a low end/cheap GFX card expect performance to match the price. Although my statement has been proved wrong in the past. (XP1700+ and R9500 softmods to say the least)
