Found the greatest fix ever
highly technical
simply changed PCI wifi cards. Got a Linksys and everything works fine now. Makes no sense to me neither Would love to get my WL 138 working though
and it IS a broadcom chip on the card, I believe the Linksys is a different...

yes its low and should not be run on a rig of this type but i dont believe in the PSU hype
its currently a 305W unit however there is no power draw differences whether the driver is on or off
