Do I have the power for a GF3Ti200 ?

Hey all I am thinking about buying a GF3Ti200, but i'm not sure if I should upgrade my Processor/Motherboard first... I've got a 550mhz PIII with 512mb pc100 ram. Would it be overkill to put a GF3 card in ? /spurs99
