I scored one in the Seattle area (the Montlake Terrace area specifically) and it appears to be a Lite-On drive in the firewire enclosure. You have to ask for the rebate, but they will print one off the website for you if you ask nicely. SL

you can buy "nibbling tools" at radio shack, don't remember the part number, but I got one for around $10 I think... killed my hand, but I got the window cut in the side of the case... you'd better have a strong grip though or you are in for some fun... SL

Based on what I have heard from a Sleep Doctor (yes they exist). You should go to sleep at the same time every night and then wake up to bright light in the morning. You need about 10,000 lumens for around 10 min every morning for about two weeks, light boxes work the best but they are spendy...

Do you guys think its better to leave the service client on all the time or should I be running the enhanced client on startup. I really have no way of making sure the computers are logged on since its a lab (and people were once encouraged to log the machines off). Most of them are logged on...
