i would find a dead monitor and cut that d-sub connector off of it then cut the one off of yours and maybe try to solder the new connector on. (ONLY AS A LAST RESORT)

buy an antec PSU tester i think they are like 10 bucks not sure though. they have worked great for me

it's not ATI's fault, it's powercolor's responsability to fix, or address the problem. if my gainward geforce 4 started causing conflicts i would contact/blame gainward first. BTW...that sucks about your setup not working
