Well, I installed Vista and all of the cores showed up. I'd still like to know why they aren't there in XP. I've installed SP3, the CPU drivers from both AMD's siteand Windows Update, and version 18.11 of the nForce drivers.

If there's another task taking up CPU time, its not admitting it :(. The next highest CPU user is the Windows Idle Process, with nothing else significant following it.
