Well i thought resetting the bios settings had done it but i think it was only temporary cause the lags are back. Btw i had to rebuild the whole pc because the pc didnt want to turn on after I re-plugged in some storage drives. So i put it together outside the case on top of the motherboads...

I havent had time to mess with any of the BIOS settings so everything should still be set to default. Its not theinternet or websites...if it was i dont think CAM software would capture the load spikes from the CPU when it lags on the internet.

Just finished building this PC not too long ago and well lets just say its impossible to ignore how much it lags when im doing things on the internet like watching a video on youtube or listening to music on the internet because I can hear it come through the speakers. Basically the pc lags...
On a different note...I tried to start up the pc for the first time while I'm waiting til Friday for some things I need to finish the clear coating on the case and only the Motherboard LEDS lit up after I turned on the power switch on the back of the psu... nothing happens when I use the switch...

It's not a bad case but I tend to like cases that aren't square and have more design elements to them.
