I'm trying to max out this system with it's last CPU upgrade ..
Not sure which one would be the best? I'm not into overclockin but have played with it in the past.

I have a SAPPHIRE X800 Video Card, 256MB GDDR3, 256-Bit, DVI/TV-Out, 16 X PCI-Express ATI Radeon.
There are 3 (as far as I know) different driver packages to choose from.
Which one should I use and why?

I tried running 2 gig at PC Pitstop then Ran the same test with 4 gig and the results came back the same .. the scores were identical. So I doubt it's hurting to run all 4 gig. I'm still working on it. Will let ya know if I come across anything.

Now we are cookin.. With the built in AMD Antivirus stuff and running a secure system as I do with firewalls ect. I'm not concerened about the code issue at all. I also do allot of backups.
But I've tried a bunch of switches in the boot.ini and haven't had any luck...

Common you guy's .. This can't be that tough. If Windows XP Pro SP1 recognizes the full 4 gig and SP2 disables it .. There must be a way to undo the specific patch that causes this without disabling ALL of the SP2 patches.....
The ram worked flawlessly at 2 gig. OCZ is supposed to be one of the best. And when I built the system It was the best performer and if I remeber correctly the only vendor I could find with 1 gig matched dual channel specs. Some info I got at DFI was becasue it was 2 sided I wouldn't be able to...
Thansk for the links. I've tried all the switches also and no go . /pae and /3gb and in different orders and bty themselves .. no luck. I do have those sites bookmarked and keep refering back to them.
My Motherboard supports 4 gig dual channel. I even have the OCZ guy's trying to help me...
