what is CSS? My card is built on the C-Media CMI chips, which I think are used in some other sound cards? When I play games, I set them onto EAX. So I should be getting sound out of all speakers right? Do any of you have sound blaster cards with 5.1 speakers and get sound out of all of them...

What are the signs of an overheated video card? Is it only artifacts and game crashes, or will there be a loss in FPS and choppy graphics also? I am asking because I removed my ATI fan and replaced it with a 92 mm fan on a Zalman bracket, and I am noticing that the heatsink is getting quite warm...

I just removed the ATI fan off of my Radeon 9100 because it was too loud, and instead have a 92mm fan blowing on it using a Zalman fan bracket. However, the heatsink still gets quite warm when playing games. I was wondering what are the signs of an overheated video card??? Is it only artifacts...

My ATI fan is starting to make a grinding noise. I already have the fan bracket. I was wondering if it would be enough to just have a fan blowing across the card, and use the stock HS. Or would I really need to get a ZM17 or other heatsink? Thanks!
