kool!!!!! i was using a normal ide cable.. i changed it with one of those finer cables with the blue bit connected to the mboard.. it now says ata100 when it boots up.. thanks guys!!!!! but i notice no difference... should i be??

sup all.. ive got a quantum fireball lct20 40gig and a 30gig western digital caviar .. they are both ata 100... but on the second boot screen when i turn on my comp it shows both drives and says lba, ata 33 40000mb lba, ata 33 30000mb ............ is there some setting i gotta turn on or...
