    USPS is all about weight, size is irrelevant unless it's REALLY big. Also, Fedex is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY cheaper than UPS. Rule of thumb, less than 2lb, USPS. 3 lb, depends on location, >3lb fedex.
