Do you get a similar 404 error when you try to run: do-release-upgrade -d As far as I know of, this usually works, if apt-get dist-upgrade fails to find the latest OS version.

With big thanks to Ken's juggling strategy, I was able to finish another 6 ESP WUs, but I had to abort four WU, as they would not finish on time. Here's hoping I can still hang on in the top 250 participants.
