I got a ATX normal Seasonic with 20pins, and an Asus P5WD2-Premium that asks for 24pin PSU. I bought a 20-24 convertor, installed it and works fine? Bad idea u think?

I will format the PC again this weekend, but I m 99% sure there is some bug here, the PC I just installed it and all drivers are WHQL, Mobo has the latest bios :( If anyone from XFX or Asus reads this, please check it out.
