Win95 every time it starts a user name and password box pops up. I know that you can hit cancel and it closes but I am trying to get rid of it all together. Any help is apreciated

Every time windows 95 starts on my freinds computer a stupid box pops up with his sons name as a user name and asks for a password. i know you can just kit cancel and by pass this but I would like to eliminate the box from coming up at all. Any Help would be greatly apreciated Thanks In advance
