no idea about the antec. I've built a system using this board using a coolmaster RS430. I just plug the 24 pin plug directly into the 20 pin plug of the board but leaving 4 of the pins out that was all. well, at least u can try 1 stick of ram to see if it makes any diference.

also try using only one stick of memory to see if it is any different
