LOL, I figure it out. This is my first DVD burner of this type and it seems that they don't finalize the DVD until I tell them. LOL I feel like such an idiot.

I wish I had thought to put that info in but I was in a hurry, my DVD drives for my computers are quite new, My first drive is the AOPEN COM5232 and my second is a BENQ 16X DW-1620. They both get stuck trying to read the DVDs eventually getting to the point were my desktop crashes.
