When I was doing a defrag i got a message saying i unplugged my hdds without stopping them first and when I rebooted it said NTLDR was missing and Cntl-Alt-Del to reboot. Right now im running chkdsk, can you suggest anything else?

well i took it out of case to try that and then the PSU blew up, so i guess we know what the problem is o well, it was a 4 year old raidmax suprised it lasted this long anyways

I have an ecs k8m800-m2 and a venice 3200+ socket 754 and no matter what I do, i get no post. No speaker out so no beeps. HDD spins up but no video. I have seen some very peculiar behavior though. 1.The system will start up just when i flick the PSU switch without touching the button on...
