OK, I've changed my mind, in a sense. If you're really trying to be penny-pinching, get the Radeon 9100. If you're trying to get every last drop of juice out of those one hundred dollars, get a Ti4200 or even a 4400.

I've heard of apps that can make a liveCD from an existing windows installation, but they only work with the hardware they were created on . . . beyond that, I don't think there is a way :(
I've used a wireless mouse (a logitech, don't remember the model, but it was an RF-based one) with a WiFi setup many times with no problems.
Although i've not heard about RF-mice using the same frequency with BlueTooth.
For a little more on newegg (60-70), I'd get a Radeon 9100. The preformance is about the same, but the 9100 has better image quality.
The again it could be personal bias :P
