Thanks for the help. Swapping a BIOS chip has got to be a lot less headache. I hope tech support agrees. I'll just drop back to this ol' K6-III and drive in the Slooo lane for awhile!

Yep. I've cleared to CMOS several times now. I even just reseated the CPU. No luck. It does not even bootup at all. Just sets there and constantly beeps. If it would just beep a tune at least it wouldn't be so annoying!
