Those temps are absolutely okay, no need to worry there. It's the same here using a Scythe Mine cooler, temps seem to differ across the chips.

Same problems here, using them at 800Mhz and 5-5-5-12 @ 1.9V (which they're supposed to run at) won't last too long using Memtest86 and Orthos. Got errors pretty soon after I started. I now switched to 5-6-6-18 instead (DRAM frequency set to AUTO in Bios) and didn't face any errors (yet...
