I think I understand now. Since the westinghouse acts as a monitor, after I set the resolution, it should be displaying at 1080p automatically correct?

Well, I know it's not HDCP compliant. And after going under hdtv support in the catalyst control center, it only gives the option of 720p or 1080i. The difference of 1080i and 1080p is important since ill be using a large lcd tv/monitor for my computer monitor.
