Really? Even if I only ever play games on my 24" screen while browsing the web on my 2nd monitor? I was thinking that it'd at least help a LITTLE since the main card no longer has to render both screens?

Actually, turns out I had already downloaded that drive/software package since I found the zip still in my download folder =/ But i deleted and re-downloaded it and tried to install it and it rebooted and everything but device manager still says the actual sound driver is from Jan 1 2007. Hrmm...

Thanks for the response daveybrat. Yep, I am using Firefox 3, and I have tried switching over to IE when I noticed it happening and the same thing happened. My video card driver is completely updated SP1 for Vista is installed I'll try the Opera thing tonight when I see it happening...

BTW, i heard something of a Jumper Setting Boot or a Boot Jumper setting or soemthing where i set a jumper and the next boot would automatically take the file on a floppy disk and put it as its BIOS, does anyone know anythign about that because that might seem to work.
