Accoirding to the rebate, i think you have to include the title page of the previous standalone product's manual that you are upgrading from, not only the title. i.e. if you had norton 2002 or mcafee, you have to enclose the title page with the rebate.
I have the LEADTEK WINFAST "DELUXE" TV2000XP TV/FM MULTIMEDIA CARD from Newegg and have not been disappointed with it. Make sure you have a large HDD if you want to record anything though. a half hour tv show in mpeg2 "good" (not "optimal") format is 930MB at 640x480.
that just seems a bit retarded to me. why would i want to pay $110 for the new card with a switch, when i will prob be able to buy at least 4 128MB mem sticks for the same price??? it's not like it saves me any effort either. i still have to take it out and switch it to access the other 128MB...

You have to be careful with the listed response times as there are different conventions to listing response times (as dbz007 mentioned).
There should be a rise and fall response time that measures the time that the pixel takes to show color and the time the pixel takes to go black...
