I bought this combo tonight. The board is brand new. The new chip is a thoroughbred. Deal lasts till 10/28 at Austin Fry's. They keep the new boards in back and the chips at the checkout counter. Chip is OEM, no heatsink/fan unless you want to buy the $10 one they have while you're there.
