db, Hope you're wrong 'cause the man at IOMEGA promo center said to mail the 'old' rebate, the receipt & proof-of-purchase thing to the IOMEGA promo center address. That's what I did! We'll see what happens. SKuZZI

Called again & it IS an OEM version; no retail box. So I suppose that this means it won't qualify for future upgrade rebates.

Just spoke to a sales rep there who said that it is a full version of the whole package. He also said that for some W2K configs that something must be loaded separately; didn't pay much attention since I run W98. Also, the price is up to $21.40 but still a good deal.:)

I spoke with them today and some of us should be lucky enuf to recieve in the next 7-10 days. Didn't say that they had any yet but I didn't ask.
