I had a look yeah. Always seems to default to alphabetical order upon restart. For now I've just organised them alphabetically, using the odd small symbol prefixed to order them how I want. Shame there's no proper way of doing it, the toolbar shortcuts have some good uses.

I tried that, but upon reboot, it seems to alter the ordering. It seems to go alphabetically upon reboot. If I rename a shortcut and then restart explorer manually, the renamed/modified shortcut moves to the end.
