    Which would you build?

    1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing. Gaming - SWTOR mostly and some flight games arcade/sim. 2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread Budget not much of a concern just what my wife will...

**OFFICIAL** Star Wars: The Old Republic Thread

I like what you're saying and I agree with ya Mem! All I was really trying to get across was that really there is no such thing as a "new game". Only repeats and rehashes of the same old thing. A true MMORPG has a lot more in it than SWTOR has so far. (even Ultima Online had better...

**OFFICIAL** Star Wars: The Old Republic Thread

I hear what you guys are saying! My first PC RPG was Ultima( ya I'm old). My first MMORPG was Ultima Online. It was the first real big MMO and set the rules/standards for all the ones after. The only thing that separates any MMORPG is the "Story". Until a software company and game designers...

    How's my overclock on a ATI 4850

Well I may have confused a few things and assumed a little too! I looked back over my CCC and this is specifically what it says: High Performance GPU clock settings: 550---------------------->--700 690MHz High Performance Memory clock settings...

    Overclocking Athlon II X2 240 - Asus M4A785-M

I am familiar with what ya mentioned sm625, but there are no specific command rate setting fields as far as I can tell. i.e. there is no field for command rate just the regular tCas, tRCD, tRP, tRAS, tRC etc. for both individual memory sticks. Any thoughts?

    old monitor with new GPU

I may not be any help, but you do also have to make sure the graphics is also changed in your system mother board BIOS. Not just through windows only. Also check on some older AMD/ATI video drivers for compatibility with your older LCD.

    How's my overclock on a ATI 4850

Thanks for the replies guys. Quick question... Is there a way to improve this overclock through the BIOS on my Asus M4A785-M MB? Right now I have the overclock set to Auto in BIOS. This overclock was done through ATI overdrive utility only. Any replies is greatly appreciated! Later J.
