I'm glad I got the tivo the best thing I could have done and the $199 for lifetime is great! No more having to pay for TV Guides! The upgrade is easy too 14hr now is a 92hr. With out the extra $100 rebate I would have bought it.

At least you had your order confirmed and shipped. I've emailed them 4 times and yet to receive a reply. Looks like the Customer Service is lacking too. Too bad, I'll have to take my money somewhere else.

I have Direcduo with a USB modem and I love it. Going from a lousy 44kps ie 4.4k dl connection to 377Kps ie 37.7k is great, my MP3 collection went from 15 to over 300. The average 3mb Mp3 only took little less then 2mins(varies). Uploads do suck. With living in the boonies forget about cable...

This makes it a sweeter deal for me. I have street maps and didn't want to dish out the cash for the Garmin GPS. Thanks for the info.
