Installed a new B550 and still no top slot, I also installed a New CPU and still no top slot

Sorry, Life got in the way of replies... its a b450 tomahawk. I hope it isnt toast, I was hoping it wasn't since it's been running fine in the second slot. ill have to look into looking for blown caps I suppose.

Fixed sorta, I swabbed to the bottom port on the motherboard and now it boots, Curious to why the top slot still works with one card and not another still.

I was testing a 3050 on my PC and it worked fine, still works fine when plugged in. I went to plug back in my original 6600xt into my PC and now it wont boot anything on the monitor. The only difference I could tell between them in the 3050 doesn't have PCIE slots but the 6600xt does. I've tried...
