    I've heard tell that the 650i boards mainly suffer from a memory clock limitation; being unable to go past 800 mhz, and dropping below that the closer the FSB gets to 500 mhz. That would be a deal breaker for me, as I've got a couple sticks of Crucial Ballistix lying around for my e6600 system...

    That would be the 650i SLI that they have available, and I'm pretty sure most people are considering the 650i Ultra for the fact that they don't want to go SLI.
