eh. Thanks for all the quick replies, ppl. Dual booting?? does it mean running 2 os on the same hd? I need to try some stuffs on my spare HD. And i wouldn't wan it to be affect my original one. Basically, I m trying to isolate whatever changes on HD2.

I m running a hd on win98. I m thinking of getting another and install another diff OS. Nono, I m not dual booting . Just switch between them when I do my work. Meaning, when running HD1, HD2 will not be working. and like wise when HD2 is in use. Is this possible ? they are on same IDE channel...
