Anyone know who makes a phone that is good to use for elderly people who have hearing problems. My Mother-In-Law needs a phone that has the speaker on the phone much louder so she can hear better instead of everyone screaming and repeating everything. Anyone know where I can purchase one. Thanks

My brother is looking to buy new computer for himself. He dont need anything fancy or high-tech. He just needs it to surf the web mostly. He dont need a good Vid card, or large HD. Im looking in the $450 range with or without rebates. Also a descent brand name like Dell, Sony, HP, Compaq. Thanks
